Breakfast Sundaes
Try making these nutritious Breakfast Sundaes with your child for a weekend breakfast treat. 
They use ingredients that you probably already have and there is no heat involved.
- Encourage your child to wash their hands.
- Gather together your ingredients: your child’s favourite cereal, a pot of yoghurt and some fresh or tinned fruit.
- Help your child prepare the fruit by washing it and then cutting it up if necessary.
- Help your child to spoon their favourite cereal, yoghurt and fruit in layers into a sundae glass or something similar.
- For a super healthy option choose plain cereals which are lower in sugar, natural yoghurt and lots of fresh fruit. You can always sweeten with a drizzle of honey to taste.
